Exercise Consultation was introduced into the clinic at DHCTC as a complimentary tool for treatment at first, but through the years we have come to realise that our clients and community in general was yearning for a greater understanding of the effectiveness of exercise. The right form of exercise was important to overall health and well being of our patients. It is an important modality which serves many purposes. Your first visit:
Your first Exercise Consultation will consist of a thorough health analysis and fitness test. This is a great opportunity for you to understand your current health and fitness status. From this analysis the Consultant is able to advise you on your strengths and weaknesses and how you can maintain the strengths and work on your weaknesses. Through this process everything is then tailored to coincide with your personal goals and a plan is created for you.
